网络环境下的液位模糊PID控制系统设计与实现

【摘要】 基于DeviceNet工业网络构建了网络环境下的液位控制系统,提出了网络环境下模糊PID控制器的设计方法,利用罗克韦尔自动化设备和软件实现了模糊PID控制算法.相关实验表明,此控制算法同时具备PID控制和模糊控制的优点,具有较强的鲁棒性,能够适应网络运行时的参叛变化,控制简单可靠,为液位控制提供了一种基于网络环境的解决方案.
【Abstract】 The liquid level control system based on DeviceNet is built up. The fuzzy-PID controller is designed and realized by making use of the Rockwell Automation’s equipment and software. The result shows that this control algorithm can have not only the advantage of PID algorithm and fuzzy algorithm but also the strong robustness. The fuzzy-PID controller can adapt the change of the parameter in network run, which makes the realization of the engineer easy, and the solution of liquid level control based on network is provided.
