基于征兆分解和模糊逻辑的飞机组件多故障诊断

【摘要】 为解决民用航空飞机故障诊断过程严重依赖于维修人员的经验,且排故速度慢等缺点,介绍了一种基于规则的征兆分解与模糊逻辑相结合的多故障征兆诊断方法,给出了该方法的原理及故障诊断流程,研究该方法在民用航空组件多故障诊断中的应用,并通过实际飞机组件故障情况验证了该方法的可行性.实践表明,该方法能有效地克服诊断过程的上述缺点,提高效率,节约维修成本;在飞机组件和其他复杂系统的多故障诊断领域可以得到很好的应用.
【Abstract】 In order to resolve the disadvantages (the process of diagnoseing in airplane depends seriously on the experience of repairmen and it is slow),it introduces a multi-fault diagnosis method for components of airplane based on symptoms decomposed and fuzzy logic. It studies the application of this method and proves its available by an example. It is proved that this method can overcome the disadvantages above, which make the process of diagnoseing more quick and save the cost of maintaining and be widely used in multi-fault diagnosis of airplane and any other complex system.
