【摘要】 目的:评价 Nd:YAG 激光治疗口腔黏膜浅表血管瘤和静脉畸形的疗效。方法:对121例口腔黏膜浅表血管瘤和静脉畸形用 Nd:YAG 激光治疗。随访6～24月,平均16月。对病变大小、部位、消除的程度、治疗的次数及并发症进行回顾。结果:患者男43例,女78例;平均年龄19岁(30天～65岁)。其中28个患者病变大于3×3cm~2进行了2～3次的治疗。93例仅接受一次的治疗。激光治疗后几乎所有的患者均出现不同程度的肿胀,其中3例出现表层溃疡,2例组织坏死。2～3周后均全部愈合,所有病变全部消退,有效率为100%。术后唇舌颊黏膜无组织紧张或缺损,舌唇活动正常,无味觉及感觉异常。结论:Nd:YAG 激光治疗具有操作简单、安全有效、治疗时间短、微创、并发症少等优点,因此可作为治疗口腔黏膜浅表血管瘤和静脉畸形的首选治疗手段。更多还原

【Abstract】 PURPOSE:The aim of this studay was to investigate its clinical value for treating hemangioma and venous malformations in superficial mucosa of the oral cavity.MATERIALS AND METHODS:121 consecutive patients with hemangioma and venous malformations in the oral cavity were treated using the Nd:YAG laser by photocoagulation.The data included the size, anatomical site and extent of clearance of the hemangioma and venous malformation,age of patient,number of treatment sessions.The patients were all followed-up carefully ranging from 6 months to 2 years.RESULTS:Patients’ average age was 19 years(rang 30 days-65 years).Of 28 in patients with surface diameters of more than 3×3cm~2 received 2-3 sessions treatment,93 underwent only one session.Temporary edemas were occurred in all patients,ulcerations in 3 patients and necrosis in 2 patients after treating,but they all disappeared after 2-3 weeks.Total response was achieved in all patients(100%).No tension of soft tissue,functional problem and recurrence in oral cavity was found by followed-up at least 6months.CONCLUSION:The Nd:YAG laser is a safe,effective,fast, simple,minimal damage treatment modality for hemagioma and vascular malformation superficial mucosa of the oral cavity and its postoperative complications are rarely encountered.So in our opinions Nd:YAG laser therapy is the first choice means for hemagioma and vascular malformation superficial mucosa of the oral cavity.更多还原
