【摘要】 目的:从成体人牙髓组织中分离培养牙髓细胞,初步探讨其生理机能。方法:选取年轻患者因正畸拔牙或阻生拔除的健康第三磨牙,取出牙髓,采用组织块法,在体外进行原代及传代培养,对其中的成纤维细胞进行分离、纯化和鉴定,扩大培养细胞克隆。结果:相差显微镜下,牙髓成纤维细胞呈星形或长梭形,免疫组化检测波丝蛋白阳性、角蛋白阴性。结论:从成体人牙髓组织中可以分离培养出细胞,在体外能有效增殖并保持低分化状态。更多还原

【Abstract】 PURPOSE: To isolate and culture dental pulp cell from adult human pulp tissue and initially investigate its physio-function. METHODS: Pulp tissue was removed from healthy young human teeth extracted for orthodontic and impacted reasons.The way of tissue explant was used to culture dental pulp cell in vitro ,including primary culture and serial subcultivation .Then ,to seprate, purify and identify fibroblast of pulp tissue and expand clones. RESULTS: Under phase contrast microscope, fibroblast appeared to be astero and long Fusiform shape ells.Anti -vimentin was positive and anti -cytokeratin was negative by immunohistochemical stain. CONCLUSION: There are dental pulp cells in human dental pulp tissue ,which can efficiently proliferate and keep poorly differentiated state in vitro .更多还原
