甲状旁腺机能低下对大鼠牙本质形成的影响

【摘要】 目的:通过切除大鼠甲状旁腺,观察甲状旁腺机能低下对大鼠牙本质的形成和矿化的影响,探讨甲状旁腺激素 (parathyroid hormone,PTH)影响牙本质形成和矿化的机制。方法:切除大鼠甲状旁腺后,监测血钙水平的变化,30天后处死大鼠,取下颌切牙制作切片,HE染色,光镜观察并进行图像分析。结果:甲状旁腺切除组(PTX)的大鼠血钙水平下降,对照组(C)和甲状旁腺自体种植组(PTT)血钙水平无明显变化,光镜观察和图像分析结果发现PTX组牙本质矿化缺陷,与C组和PTT组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:PTH可能通过调节血钙或其自身直接作用影响牙本质的形成和矿化。
【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE: To study the effects of hvpothyroidism upon dentinogenesis by parathyroidectomy. METHODS: The changes of concentration of serum calcium were observed 30 days after parathyroideetomy on rats. And the lower incisor of these rats were dissected and prepared for light microscope and figure analysis. RESULTS: Compared with PTT group and control group,the concentration of serum calcium decreased in the PTX group. The results of observation by light microscope and figure analysis revealed the enlargement of the predentinal tubules and the presence of mineralization defects in the PTX group other than PTT group and control group (P<0.05). CONCLUSION: The development and mineralization of dentin may be affected bv PTH deficiency and / or hypocalcemia.
