【摘要】 目的:评价无砷失活剂对急性牙髓炎或慢性牙髓炎的失活效果及术后反应。方法:将212例临床诊断为急性牙髓炎或慢性牙髓炎的磨牙随机分为2组,实验组104例采用无砷失活剂(PD,瑞士产)失活;对照组108例,采用金属砷剂(本院自制)失活。采用国际通用的VAS直观疼痛标尺法由患者和医师共同评价患者术后疼痛缓解程度及拔髓时的疼痛程度;对量化的结果进行统计学分析。结果:无砷失活剂组失活效果满意率为84．5％,略高于金属砷失活剂组的78．7％,x2检验两组无显著性差异 (P>0．05)。两组病例中均有病例在封失活剂后存在不同程度的疼痛持续,疼痛完全消失率在无砷失活剂组中占32．7％,高于金属砷剂组的25．9％。疼痛无减轻或加重的无砷失活剂组占12．5％,亦高于金属砷失活剂组的7．4％,但统计学比较均无明显差异 (P>0．05)。结论:无砷失活剂对急性牙髓炎或慢性牙髓炎的失活效果和术后反应程度与金属砷失活剂无明显差异。更多还原

【Abstract】 PURPOSE: To evaluate the devitalizing effects and postoperation reaction on acute pulpitis or chronic pulpitis in molars by <PD> devitalizing paste without Arsenic. METHODS: 212 molars were diagnosed as acute pulpitis or chronic pulpitis, and randomized block designed into two groups: The experiment group: 104 cases were devitalized by <PD> devitalizing paste without Arsenic. The control group: 108 cases were devitalized by Arsenic material. Adopting VAS (Vital analogue scale) to evaluate and analyze the postoperation reactions, the degree of pain-relief and the analgesic effects. The data was analysed using Chi-square test. RESULTS: The satisfied rate of devitalizing effect of experiment group is 84.5%, a little more than that of the control group’ s 78.7%, but there was no significant difference in two groups (P>0.05). And most of molars in both two groups indicated there was successive odontalgia in different degree after sealing devitalizing material. The rate of complete analgesia by using <PD> devitalizing paste without Arsenic was 32.7%, higher than that of 25.9% by using Arsenic material. The rate of serious odontalgia of the experiment group is 12.5%, also higher than that of control group. There was no significant statistics difference between two groups. CONCLUSION: The effect of devitalizing and postoperation reaction by using <PD> devitalizing paste without Arsenic is analogous to Arsenic materials.更多还原
