【摘要】 目的:观察三氧化物凝聚体(MTA)治疗根尖开敞导致的恒牙慢性根尖周炎和修补根管穿孔的临床疗效。方法:收集我科使用MTA治疗病例33例,其中根尖开敞慢性根尖周炎21例,根管穿孔修补12例,分别于根管显微镜下MTA严密封闭根尖开敞部位和修补穿孔,观察0．5-2年不等。结果:32例复诊时没有不适主诉,患牙功能良好,其中9例MTA根尖开敞根尖屏障术患牙根尖病变完全愈合,11例根尖开敞根尖屏障术患牙根尖病变明显减小,1例根尖屏障术患牙由于有牙周牙髓联合病变, 半年内反复肿胀3次而拔除;7例根管穿孔修补前穿孔周围无病变的病例复查时没有新发病变,5例修补术前有病变的病例复查时,2例病变完全愈合,3例明显缩小。结论:MTA治疗根尖开敞患牙临床效果好,能够最大限度地保存患牙,是目前临床上较理想的根管穿孔修补材料。更多还原

【Abstract】 PURPOSE: To observe the clinical effect of the treatment of open apices teeth with chronic apical periodontitis and perforation repair using Mineral Trioxide Aggregate (MTA). METHODS: 33 cases treated with MTA were carried out. 21 cases were treated to develop apical barrier; 12 cases were treated for perforation repair with MTA. The MTA plug and perforation repair were created under operative microscope. 33 cases have varying follow-up periods from 0.5 year to 2 years. RESULTS: The recalled patients declared their teeth to be asymptomatic except one .The recall X -ray films indicated that the apical radiolucent areas decreased apparently in 11 patients and disappeared completely in 9 patients that were treated with MTA as apical barrier .1 teeth was pulled out because of periodontal -endodontic combined lesions.7 patients without radiolucent areas at the time of repair of perforation using MTA remained the absence of lesions. The recall X-ray films indicated that the apical radiolucent areas decreased apparently in 3 patients and disappeared completely in 2 patients that were repaired of perforation using MTA. CONCLUSION: MTA is more effective in treatment of teeth with open apices in adults, it is a good material for repairing perforation.更多还原
