【摘要】 目的:探讨下颌第二磨牙C形根管的预备和充填方法,并分析根充效果。方法:介绍了适合于临床的C形根管表示方法;收集2006年3月至2006年9月,到广东省口腔医院特诊中心进行根管治疗的下颌第二磨牙C形根管患牙,采用“拉网式”根管预备和“搅拌式”根管充填进行治疗。共9例10颗患牙,其中C2颗、C6颗、C2颗。结果:2颗C、4颗C患牙根管峡区有均匀的X线阻射影像,典型影像呈“水帘状”,2颗C有交通支,2颗C欠填。结论:“拉网式”根管预备和“搅拌式”根管充填治疗下颌第二磨牙C形根管是有效的,但仍存在一定的局限性。C形根管的类型与年龄相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 PURPOSE: To explore the preparation and obturation technique of c-shaped canals of mandibular second molars (Mn2Ms) and analysis the clinical effects of obturation. METHODS: The express of c -shaped canals of Mn2Ms were introduced at first. The c-shaped canals of Mn2Ms in 10 teeth among 9 patients aged from 24 to 68 years old were prepared with drawing-fish-net technique and Obturation by Agitating Technique of root canal at Department for VIP. Guangdong Provincial Stomatological Hospital, during March to September 2006, including 2 teeth categorized , 6 categorized ,2 categorized. RESULTS: The well-distributed image of x ray in the connecting fin area of 6 teeth were shown., the characteristic images seem to curtain of water, two shown the communication between main canals, and two were underfilling. CONCLUSION: The C-shaped canals therapy of Mn2Ms with drawing-fish-net technique of root canal preparation and Agitating Technique of root canal Obturation is an effective and limited The category of c-shaped canals of Mn2Ms are relative to age.更多还原
