两种牙周愈合方式下纵折牙粘结修复的抗疲劳强度体外研究

【摘要】 目的:比较再植后两种牙周愈合方式下,纵折牙粘结修复后的抗疲劳强度。方法:用硅橡胶和环氧树脂模拟牙周膜和牙槽骨,建立纵折牙粘结再植后的生物力学模型。按牙周愈合方式分为牙周膜愈合组(PLH)和骨粘连愈合组(OI)。振动和动态测试系统进行循环疲劳加载,比较两组样本粘结面断裂时加载次数,对疲劳试验结果进行单因素方差分析,并与粘结面积进行相关性分析。结果:加载到一定时间后,两组样本均发生粘结面断裂,PLH组加载次数为155980±22995,显著高于OI组28080± 13578(P<0.05)。两组样本的加载次数与粘界面积间均有正相关性。结论:牙周愈合方式和粘结面积对纵折牙粘结面的抗疲劳强度有影响,牙周膜愈合者抗疲劳强度要高于骨粘连者。粘结面积越大,强度也越大。

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE: To compare the fatigue resistance of vertical fractured teeth after bonding restoration in two different periodontal healing modes. METHODS: 20 human premolars with double roots were put into two groups, PLH and 01, randomly. Everyone was made into a vertically fractured mode and bonding restoration. PLH simulates periodontal ligament healing after reimplantation. OI means osseointegration. All specimens were loaded in 260N at 4 Hz until failure. RESULTS: Interface failures occurred in both groups. Fatigue cycles of PLH(155980±22995) (P<0.05)is obviously more than OI(28080±13578). Positive linear dependence was occurred between fatigue cycles and bonding areas. CONCLUSION: Periodontal healing modes could affect fatigue resistance of vertical fractured teeth after bonding restoration. This experimental design may simulate biting forces and stresses seen for reimplanted vertical fractured teeth in a clinical situation.
