流动复合树脂修复楔状缺损的临床疗效观察
Clinical observation of flowable composite for restoration of dental wedge-shaped defects

【摘要】 目的:观察流动复合树脂修复楔状缺损的效果。方法:180例513颗楔状缺损牙随机分成3组,分别用玻璃离子、Dyract AP、Tetric Flow充填修复,观察2年内的疗效。结果:玻璃离子组成功率81.7%,Dyract AP组成功率91.9%,Tetric Flow组成功率 94.7%。经统计学卡方检验Dyract AP组与Tetric Flow组之间疗效无显著性差异,两组与玻璃离子组之间疗效存在显著性差异。结论:流动复合树脂是一种较理想的修复楔状缺损的充填材料。
【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE: To observe the clinical effects of flowable composite on restoration of dental wedge-shaped defects METHODS: 513 teeth with wedge-shaped defects of the 180 patients were randomly divided into three groups repaired with Glass Ionomer cement, Dyract AP and Tetric Flow respectively. All the patients were followed-up for 2 years so that the effects could be compared. RESULTS: There was no significant difference between Dyract AP and Tetric Flow. And their effects of restoration were better than Glass Ionomer cement’ s significantly. CONCLUSION: The flowable composite is a better filling material for wedge-shaped defects restoration.
