【摘要】 目的:以根管预备后疼痛(EIP)为代表,探讨临床中根管治疗中疼痛发作的时间规律及口服非甾体类抗炎药——英太青防治EIP发作的临床效果,为指导临床药物防治EIP提供理论依据。方法:研究对象为在我院行根管治疗的临床病例。178颗患牙随机分为两组,常规组92颗,按临床常规步骤行根管治疗;给药组86颗,在常规根管预备后口服非甾体类抗炎药(英太青)。用VAS量表记录疼痛程度,统计分析两组患者根管预备术后7天内疼痛发生率、疼痛程度,及疼痛在术后不同时间发生的情况。结果:常规组和给药组EIP发生率分别为33.70％和13．95％,前者明显高于后者,有统计学差异(P<0．05);常规组疼痛程度严重的比率明显高于给药组,两组之间差异有统计学意义(P<0．05);在发生EIP的人群中,常规组和给药组出现较严重疼痛的多在术后第1、2天。结论:提示在根管治疗期间,每次术后3天内预防性口服英太青可减少EIP的发生和减轻EIP的严重程度。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To observe the frequency, degree of the endodontic interappointnient pain (EIP) during root canal therapy when prescribing Yingtaiqing (diclofenac sodium, a kind of NSAlDs) prophylaelicly and to search how EIP changes with time. METHODS: All of the cases studied were from West China College of Stomatology. Sichuan University processing root canal therapy. The cases were divided into two groups, one group included 92 teeth defined routine therapy which employed routine RCT according to clinical protocol, the other group included 86 teeth prescribed with Yingtaiqing after routine RCT. Visual analogue scale was used to evaluate the level of pain. The incidence and degree of pain, at different time point after root canal therapy, were statisticly analyzed. RESULTS: The incidence of EIP in routine RCT group was 33.70%. while was 13.95% in the drug prescribed group, there ’s significant statistic variant (P<0.05). The degree of pain in routine group was significant higher than drug group (P<0.05). The incidence of EIP of both groups were dramatic high within 1d、2d after RCT, then the pain relieved gradually, but incidence of EIP was higher in routine group at given time point. CONCLUSION: During root canal therapy, prescribing yingtaiqing after root canal preparation for 3ds prophylactic can reduce the incidence of EIP and level of severity.更多还原
