【摘要】 <正>目的:肿瘤切除术后导致的颌骨缺损对患者的咀嚼功能产生不良的影响,往往导致咀嚼功能的低下, 甚至丧失,本研究通过对8例肿瘤切除术后颌骨缺损患者的种植修复重建,观察其修复后的功能恢复程度。材料及方法:8例肿瘤切除术后颌骨缺损患者,其中良性肿瘤切除4例,恶性肿瘤切除4例,上颌1 例,下颌7例;在下颌缺损的病例中,颏部部缺损1例,体部缺损6例;上颌骨部分切除1例,下颌骨方块切除5例,下颌骨一侧切除后腓骨肌辦即刻修复2例;平均年龄32岁,男性5例,女性3例。共植入19颗ITI种植体,均采用种植覆盖义齿修复,其中,杠卡固位1例,球帽固位1例,套筒冠固位1例,更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: Oral-facial oncologic surgery and the rehabilitative effect limit result in functional and esthetics impairments.This study was designed to evaluate implant prosthetic rehabilitation in mandibular defect for oral tumor resection.Material and methods:8 subjects were enrolled. 19 implants were placed in 7 mandibular and 1 maxillar. Longitudinal evaluations of implant-support overdentures were completed.. Result: All subjects were treated with implant-support prostheses.All implants were successful at final evaluation, include masticatory performance(MP) and panoramic radiographs.Conclusion: Implant-support overdenture was a good prothstic rehabilitational method for oral tumor resection, it helps to improve the facial appearance by replacing both the missing teeth as well as the alveolar.更多还原
