【Abstract】 Objective: To analyze clinical incidence of parotid region disease. Methods: Clinical data of hospital patients who troubled with parotid region disease from 1998 to 2004 in our department was collected and analyzed. Results: 308 patients troubled with parotid region disease had 37 kinds of entities and accounted for 10.6% of the total hospital patients. The ratio of male and female was 1.3:1; and the means of age was 42.4 years old, from 1 month to 89 years old. The constituent ratio of pleomorphic adenoma、 adenoiymphoma and angioma was situated at the first three position of parotid region disease, accounting for 30.2% 、18.2% 、16.6%, respectively. Patients younger than 1 years old mostly troubled with angioma and account for 90%; Patients between 30 and 49 years old troubled with pleomorphic adenoma and account for 47% and 58%, respectively; And patients older than 50 years old troubled with adenolymphoma and pleomorphic adenoma, the morbility of adenolymphoma was higher than that of pleomorphic adenoma. The frequent parotid region disease of male was adenolymphoma、 pleomorphic adenoma and angioma; and that of female was pleomorphic adenoma 、angioma and inflammation. The constituent ratio of pleomorphic adenoma was account for 43.2% of the parotid region disease of female. Conclusion: Pleomorphic adenoma 、 adenolymphoma and angioma was the frequent parotid region disease. The analysis of the spectrum of parotid region disease was in favour of the diagnosis and treatment of parotid region disease.更多还原
