【Abstract】 Objective: To determine whether Tca8113 can secrete exosomes, and to search for a new method for the immunotherapy of oral tumor. Methods: Exosomes was isolated and purified from the culture supernatant of Tca8113 by ultraspeed-centrifugation and density gradient centrifugation, and was confirmed by transmission electron microscopy and Western blotting. Results: Exosomes was isolated and purified from the culture supernatant of Tca8113 successfully, and it had the similar structure and contained protein with other cells repoted by previous studies. And we find a new protein MAGE, a tumor antigen. Conclusions: Tca8113 can secrete exosomes, and it contains many kinds of protein associate with tumor immunity.更多还原
