小型猪腮腺萎缩前后的口腔细菌学变化以及补充硝酸盐对口腔细菌学影响的比较研究

【摘要】 <正>目的:观察小型猪腮腺萎缩前后口腔各部位细菌谱的变化。同时在小型猪腮腺萎缩动物模型上纵向观察长期补充硝酸盐饮水后上述部位细菌谱的改变,判定唾液硝酸盐对口腔不同部位细菌谱变化的影响。方法:实验动物包括正常组(10只),腮腺萎缩组(5只),腮腺萎缩补充硝酸盐组(5只)。分别在萎缩前和萎缩12个月取前牙牙菌斑、后牙牙菌斑、混合唾液以及舌背后部样本来测定口腔常见致病菌的数量。观察指标包括:需氧菌、厌氧菌、产黑菌、链球菌、变形链球菌、核梭杆菌、
【Abstract】 Objective: To study effect of destruction of parotid gland with or without saliva nitrate substitution on the oral bacteria in miniature pigs. Methods: Main oral microorganisms amounts in anterior teeth biofilm, posterior teeth biofilm, mixed saliva and posterior surface of tongue were collected and analyzed in 10 miniature pigs in physiological condition, 5 miniature pigs with destruction of parotid glands, and 5 miniature pigs with destruction of parotid glands were supplied with potassium nitrate by diet at the times point before and 12 months after parotid glands destruction. Results: A significant increase of total amounts of Porphyromonas gingivalis, Streptococcus, Fusobactertium nucleatum, Capnocytophaga and anaerobes were found in the miniature pigs with destruction of parotid glands both supplied with or without potassium nitrate by diet compared with control group, but no significant differences were found between the miniature pigs supplied with potassium nitrate by diet and not. Conclusions: Destruction of parotid gland results in the increase of oral main microorganisms in miniature pigs. Destruction of parotid gland supplied with potassium nitrate by diet does not affect the changes of oral microorganisms in short term compared with no nitrate supplication group in miniature pigs.
