【摘要】 目的:对于我院就诊的不同原因所致面神经损伤患者进行系统管理,在管理过程中初步应用计算机辅助。方法:以于我院颌面外科就诊的不同原因所致外周性面神经损伤患者和在我院治疗过程中因不同原因导致面神经损伤患者为对象。采用的计算机软件有自建的面神经损伤患者小型数据库和计算机化的QEFS评价系统。具体流程为:对于所有上述类型患者,初诊时采用调查问卷方式,详细记录患者基本资料与神经损伤时间、原因、位置以及治疗情况。向患者解释疾病恢复为长期过程,强调需要定期复诊的意义,并根据病情给予恰当的治疗方法。于发病后一个月、三个月及其以后每隔三个月预约患者复查。每次检查均由多名专业医师进行H-B评价,拍标准面像经计算机计算QEFS指数,进行神经电图检查,给予下一步对症处理。直至患者病情恢复稳定(H-B评价I 级或II级、三次复查内未见明显恢复者)．同时将所有资料保存至计算机数据库中．通过计算机辅助管理,能够做到:一、初诊患者建立唯一性标识,并于复诊时通过检索显示患者既往所有病史资料供参考。二、根据患者就诊时间,提示预约患者复诊。三、可以从所存储患者资料中筛选所需部分。应用效果:①采用了计算机处理,并不完全摆脱传统的手工记录模式,将患者基本情况采用数据库管理,系统清晰明确,能够及时了解患者恢复情况,给与对症处理。②计算机辅助下进行QEFS 评价,提高了评价的效率和准确性。③通过计算机显示比较神经恢复状况,使患者清楚看到治疗后的效果,增强了患者配合治疗的信心。④采用计算机管理数据,克服了手工处理的资料零散,连续性不高的缺点。便于对患者资料分析处理。同时保存原始资料,避免计算机本身不稳定造成数据丢失。结论:采用计算机辅助进行患者系统管理,提高了工作效率,便于资料查询和数据汇总分析。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To establish a system management of facial palsy patients in the hospital,using computer technique in the process.Method:the patients including those who come for treatment of all kinds of peripheral facial palsy and those who arise facial palsy in the process of treatment.Computer softwares included a database and the computerized QEFS evaluating system. We record All patients’data and the time,reason,location of nerve traumatic at the first visit in detail.The importance of long time followup is emphasized. Appropriate treatment is given according to the condition of patient. At first month and third month after occurance,and every three months after that the patients are called for recheck.Every time the patient come for examination,H-B grades,facial photos for QEFS analyze,ENoG results are all recorded.More treatment will be given until the condition of patient become stable(H-B grade I or II .three continous result shows no improvement).All data are saved in computer at the same time.First,every patient has his own piece of data,all the medical history can be found for reference at anytime.Second,remind of the time for recheck of the patients.Third,easily find the part of data needed for statistic analyze.Result:1.With the computer database management of the data,it is clearly to find the condition of the patients and give proper treatment.2.Using computerized QEFS evaluation system,the efficiency and accuracy are improved.3.Using computer to show the effect of treatment,the patient can be encouragedAComputer technique make it easy to analyze datas.Traditional paper datas are stills kept in case of reference.Conclusion:Using the computer as a tool to assit the management of data improved the efficiency, make it more convenient to carry out data analyze.更多还原
