【摘要】 <正>目的:评价胸大肌皮瓣复合脱细胞真皮基质补片整复颌面部洞穿性缺损的初步临床疗效。方法:本文收治2例患者病变切除术后颌面部组织洞穿性缺损,男女性各1例,年龄分别为51岁和32岁。术前分别诊断为左下颌骨中央性颌骨鳞状细胞癌和左下颌恶性纤维组织细胞瘤放射治疗后复发并放射性颌骨坏死。均行颊颌颈联合根治术,应用同侧胸大肌肌皮瓣复合脱细胞真皮基质补片整复颌面部洞穿性缺更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To evaluate the clinical effects of pectoralis major myocutaneous flap and acellular allograft dermal matrix in reconstruction of fullthickness defects in the maxillofacial region. METHODS Two cases with fullthickness defects in the maxillofacial region were treated. One was a man, 51 years old, and another was a woman, 32 years old. The woman was ill with malignant fibrous histiocytoma and osteoradionecrosis in left mandible, and the man was ill with central carcinoma of jaw in left mandible. All two patients were performed en-block resection of cheek - mandible - neck. And then pectoralis major myocutaneous flap and acellular allograft dermal matrix were used to reconstruct the fullthickness defects in the maxillofacial region. RESULTS All two pectoralis major myocutaneous flaps survive. The wound healed up well. CONCLUSION Pectoralis major myocutaneous flap and acellular allograft dermal matrix can be used to reconstruct the fullthickness defects in the maxillofacial region.更多还原
