【摘要】 <正>目的:探讨利用计算机辅助方法,制作可用于下颌骨个体化功能性重建的修复体,为下颌骨个体化功能性修复探索新的方法。方法:首先利用CT通过扫描获取下颌骨断层解剖信息,然后运用三维重建、镜像及快速成型技术获得拟修复下颌骨复原模型,在此基础上利用铸造手段完成个体化三维钛网修复体的制作,然后将种植体与钛网相连接,构建个体化功能性修复体。结果:以CT扫描获取下颌骨断层解剖信息为基础,通过计算机辅助成功制作了带种植体的个体化钛网修复体,与相应的下颌骨标本固定连接良更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To study the possibility of developing an individualized functional implant for the reconstruction of mandible defect by computer aiding. METHODS First collecting the layer anatomic information of the mandible, then based on 3 - dimensional reconstruction, mirror technique, rapid prototyping technique and casting technique, we developed an individualized titanium mesh for mandible reconstruction. RESULTS; We have successfully developed individualized titanium mesh combined with implants for the use of reconstruction of mandible defect. The mesh can restore the continuity of the mandible individually and can provide implant supported denture. CONCLUSION Based on the collection of original layer anatomic information of the mandible, we successfully developed an individualized functional implant for the reconstruction of the mandible. The studymay provide a perfect method for clinical reconstruction of mandible defect.更多还原
