【摘要】 <正>目的:上颌骨重建是颌面整形外科医师面临的一大难题,本研究探讨血管化髂骨移植同期种植体植人重建上颌骨的临床应用。病人与方法:2003年9月至10月,我院口腔颌面外科为两例上颌骨缺损患者进行了游离髂骨复合组织瓣重建上颌骨同期骨结合式种植体植入术,其中一例为二期重建,一例为即刻重建。结果:两例患者随访8-9个月,上颌骨外形满意,无口鼻漏,语音清晰,完成义齿修复后咀嚼功能恢复良好,咬合关系佳,无严重并发症,临床效果满意。结论:血管化髂骨移植同期种植体植入修复上颌更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To evaluate the clinical outcome of reconstruction of maxllary defects with vascularized iliac crest simultaneously embedded with osseointegrated implants. PATIENTS AND METHODS From Sep 2003 to Oct 2003, 2 patients with maxllary defects, suffered from tumor, underwent mierosurgical reconstruction. Iliac crest osteomuscular free flap simultaneously embedded with osseointegrated implants were performed to restore the defects. Three months after reconstructive surgery, abutment operation was preformed and denture was applied in both cases. RESULTS The flaps were survived. X - rays showed osseointegration between implants and graft bone. The patients were followed up for 8 to 9 months, with a good zygomatocofacial appearance, an ideal occlusal relation, satisfactory pronunciation, no naso -oral transudation and no serious complications. CONCLUSION Iliac crest osteomuscular free flap simultaneously embedded with osseointegrated implants is an ideal, suitable and cosmetically acceptable method to reconstruct maxllary defects.更多还原
