【摘要】 <正>目的:观察UniLOCK钛板在下颌骨缺损修复重建中的应用效果。方法:收集2003、2004年第四军医大学口腔医学院行口腔颌面肿瘤术后钛板即刻修复者42例,术后复查．结果:42例病例中,除1例术后感染,去除钛板外,均愈合良好,较好地重建了下颌骨的连续性及功能。结论:UniLOCK钛板用于下颌骨更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To observe clinical effect of Unilock plate in functional reconstruction of mandible defect. METHODS 42 patients underwent immediate repair y using Unilock plate for maintenance of space and contour following mandibular segmental resection for tumor. All cases were followed up for the final outcomes in a period of 3 ~ 12months. RESULTS in all cases, contour and function of mandible had been reconstructed except 1 infected case, in which the plate was forced to be taken off. . CONCLUSION Unilock plate could be used to reconstruct mandible defect and effectively restore occlusion relation and facial shape.更多还原
