槲皮素等30种中药成分对口腔常见致病菌抑制作用的筛选试验

【摘要】 目的:测试30种中药有效成分抑制口腔常见致病菌的作用,为中药的现代化开发作一初步探讨。方法:选择30种有抗菌作用的中药的有效成分,采用噻唑蓝法对8种口腔常见致病菌做药物敏感实验,同时采用液体棋盘稀释法进行联合药敏实验。结果:30种中药有效成分对3种牙周细菌抑制作用不明显,对其他5种口腔常见菌有一定的抑制作用。其中,松萝酸和槲皮素显示较强的抑制作用,MIC值分别在0.0156-0.0625mg/ml和0.03125-0.125mg/ml。结论:所选的30种中药成分中,松萝酸和槲皮素具有较强的抑制作用。
【Abstract】 PURPOSE: In order to develop the natural resources of Chinese herbs, the inhibitive effects of the extracts of 30 Chinese herbs on the growth of 8 common bacteria in oral cavity were determined. METHODS: Sensitive test of these bacteria were carried out by MTT method, at the same time, checked dilution method was used for united sensitive test. RESULTS: The extracts of 30 Chinese herbs can inhibit the growth of 5 bacteria in different levels but the effects on 3 periodontal bacteria were not obvious. Quercetin and Usnic acid have better effects on 5 bacteria than the other 28 herbs extracts, with MIC 0.03125-0.125mg/ml and 0.0156-0.0625mg/ml. CONCLUSION: Quercetin and Usnic acid can inhibit the growth of 5 bacteria more effectively than the other 28 herbs extracts.
