壳聚糖对口腔常见致病菌的体外抑菌实验研究

【摘要】 目的:研究不同分子量及不同浓度的壳聚糖对口腔常见致病菌的体外抑菌作用,为其在口腔领域中的应用提供一定的理论依据。方法:采用纸片药敏试验检测不同分子量及不同浓度壳聚糖(其浓度均为2.0%、1.5%、1.0%、0.5%)对金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌、幽门螺杆菌和牙龈卟啉菌、变形链球菌的体外抑菌作用;测定不同处理方法对其抑菌效果的影响。结果:不同分子量壳聚糖对金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌、幽门螺杆菌、牙龈卟啉菌、变形链球菌均有抑制作用,但以小分子量的抑菌作用最好(变形链球菌以大分子量最好),且随浓度的增加,其抑菌作用增强;经高温处理的壳聚糖,抑菌作用稳定。结论:壳聚糖对口腔常见致病菌有抑制作用。

【Abstract】 PURPOSE: To study the antimicrobial activities of chitosans of different molecular weights and concentrations on oral pathogenic microbes in vitro. METHODS: The inhibition effects of chitosans of different molecular weights and different concentrations (2.0%, 1.5%, 1.0%, 0.5%) on Staphylococcus aureus, Candida albicans, Helicobacter pylori, Porphyromonas gingivalis and Streptococcus mutans in culture were investigated, using the agar diffusion test, and the differences of their antimicrobial activity under high temperatures and after filtering were compared. RESULTS: Chitosans of different molecular weights all showed bacteriostatic effects on Staphylococcus aureus, Candida albicans, Helicobacter pylori, Porphyromonas gingivalis and Streptococcus mutans. Low molecular weight chitosans showed the strongest effects, but the high molecular weight ones had strong effects on Streptococcus mutans. The bacteriostatic effects of chitosans were not affected by high temperatures. CONCLUSIONS: Chitosans have inhibitory effects on oral pathogenic microbes.
