【摘要】 目的:探讨依济复对萎缩性舌炎的临床疗效。方法:选择46例萎缩性舌炎患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组采用深圳华生元基因工程发展有限公司生产的rhEGF喷剂(商品名依济复,每瓶15ml,5000IU/ml),喷洒于光滑舌表面,每天4次,即早、中、晚饭后、睡前各1次;对照组采用蒸馏水配置的喷剂,用法同治疗组。2周、4周时复诊,观察比较病损处的疼痛程度及萎缩面积。结果:2周后治疗组的疼痛程度较对照组显著降低(P<0.05),萎缩面积无明显差异(P>0.05);4周后无论是疼痛程度还是萎缩面积,治疗组较对照组均有明显改善(P<0.025)。治疗期间未观察到任何不良作用。结论:依济复喷剂治疗萎缩性舌炎能促进萎缩舌苔的再生,还有一定的止痛作用,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 PURPOSE: To evaluate the clinical effects of rhEGF in local treatment on atrophic glossitis. METHODS: 46 patients with atrophic glossitis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Patients in the treatment group sprayed rhEGF on their tougue’ s atrophic sites four times each day while the patients in the control group sprayed distilled water. The clinical effects were evaluated after two weeks and four weeks. RESULTS: After two weeks, patients in the treatment group suffered from less pain than patients in the control group (P<0.05),but no significant difference of atrophic area was found between the two groups (P> 0.05).There was significant difference between the two groups after four weeks in either pain degree or atrophic area (P<0.025). CONCLUSION: Local spray of rhEGF could not only relieve the pain caused by atrophic glossitis,but also accelerate the recovery of atrophic tongue.更多还原
