【摘要】 目的:检测不同浓度氯化镧对人牙龈成纤维细胞的影响。方法:体外培养人牙龈成纤维细胞,通过噻唑兰法(MTT法)检测6种浓度氯化镧(1×1016、1×10-5、1×10-4、1×10-3、1×10-2mol/L)对细胞的作用。结果:1×10-2mol/L氯化镧能抑制人牙龈成纤维细胞的生长,1×10-6、1×10-5、1×10-4、1×10-3mol/L氯化镧对细胞生长无抑制作用。结论:1×10-2mol/L浓度的氯化镧对人牙龈成纤维细胞增殖有抑制作用,1×10-4mol/L以下浓度的氯化镧对细胞无抑制作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 PURPOSE: To study the effect of lanthanum chloride at certain concentrations on the proliferation of human gingival fibroblast. METHODS: Human gingival fibroblast was cultured in vitro, and MTT assay was used to analyse the effect of lanthanum chloride (1×10-6、1×10-5、1×10-4、1×10-3、1×10-2mol/L )on the proliferation of human gingival fibroblast. RESULTS: Lanthanum chloride at 1×10-2mol/L can inhibit the proliferation of human gingival fibroblast, however, it can’t inhibit the proliferation at 1×10-6,1×10-5,1×10-4,1×10-3mol/L. CONCLUSIONS:The result indicated the inhibition of LaCl3 at a higher concentration (1×10-2mol/L ) on HGF proliferation, but promotion, rather than inhibition, when the concentration was adjusted to a lower level (1× 10-3mol/L-1×10-6mol/L).更多还原
