【摘要】 <正> PURPOSE: To investigate the method in treating precancerous lesions of striped disease on oral mucosa with clinical cases. METHODS: 60 patients (18 OLK cases, 39 OLP cases and 3 DLE cases) were selected who adopted local and systemic treatment with Chinese herbers and western medicine, the clinical therapeutic effect was evaluated. RESULTS: The total cure rate of 60 cases was 32% and effective rate was 96.7%. The corresponding rate of OLK was 94% and 100%, the rate of OLP and DLE was 74%, 95% and 67%, 100% respectively. CONCLUSIONS: For precancerous lesions of striped disease of oral mucosa, using combined Chinese herbers and western medicine to adjust the individual immunity and anti-kerates helps to elimate the lesions and facilitate healing.更多还原
