【摘要】 目的:比较口腔黏膜癌变过程中核仁组织区的变化及与癌变趋势的关系。方法:选取正常人及不同病变的口腔黏膜,采用胶体银染色法测定NOR。结果:正常黏膜AgNOR颗粒主要见于基底层,形态学分型为单一型;重度异型增生伴原位癌以聚集型为主,部分为弥散型;鳞状细胞癌主要为聚集型,部分为核仁内型。结论:AgNOR表达在口腔黏膜癌变过程中逐渐增强。更多还原

【Abstract】 PURPOSE: To study the relation between NOR and the trend of carcinomatous changes. METHODS: 6 cases of normal human oral mucosa, 6 cases of simple dysplasia, 22 cases of dysplasia, 7 cases of OSCC, 6 cases of OLP, and 7 cases of OLP with dysplasia were tested with the method of silver colloidal staining for the expression of NOR. RESULTS: AgNOR was found to locate in the basal-cell layer of normal mucosa, mainly in a signal form. The expression of AgNOR in epithelium of high dysplasia with carcinoma in situ was mainly in an aggregated form, that in squamous cell carcinoma was also mainly in an aggregated form but minority in inter-nucleolus foam. CONCLUSION: The expression of AgNOR increases gradually in oral mucosa of various carcinogenic stages.更多还原
