稀土镧与镨离子对人舌鳞癌细胞的影响

【摘要】 目的:探讨稀土镧与镨离子(La+3与Pr+3)对人舌癌Trca8113细胞的药物敏感性和诱导凋亡作用及2种稀土离子作用的差别。方法:在体外培养条件下,用不同浓度的氯化镧与氯化镨处理过的人舌癌Trca8113细胞测定细胞生长曲线、细胞集落形成率,并应用MTT法检测细胞增殖活性。结果:Tca8113细胞经稀土离子作用后,细胞增殖活性明显下降并出现明显凋亡;2种稀土抑制作用的差异无显著性。结论:氯化镧与氯化镨对人舌癌Tea8113细胞有生长抑制作用,且呈剂量依赖性和时间依赖性;能引起细胞凋亡,细胞凋亡率呈剂量依赖性,2种稀土化合物抑制作用的差异无显著性。

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE: To explore the influence of two rare-earth ions (La+3and Pr+3) on human tongue squamous cell carcinoma Tca8113 cell line in vitro and the distinction between the effects of the two rare-earth ions. METHODS: Growth curves and colony-forming rate of human tongue carcinoma Tca81 13 cell line treated by different concentrations of La+3and Pr+3 were recorded by means of cell culture in vitro. The proliferations of TcaSl 13 cell lines treated by various concentrations of La+3and Pr+3 were detected with MTT assay. RESULTS: The proliferation of TcaSl 13 cell line treated by various concentrations La+3and Pr+3 was inhibited significantly, some cells even presented apoptosis. There was no significant difference between the effects of La+3and Pr+3. CONCLUSION: The growth inhibition and cell apoptosis of human tongue squamous cell carcinoma Tca8113 cell line treated by La+3and Pr+3 were depended on concentrations and treating-times of La+3and Pr+3.
