【摘要】 目的:探索颌骨中心性动静脉畸形栓塞与手术治疗的效果。方法:对1例颌骨中心性动静脉畸形患者行栓塞结合刮治手术,随访18个月,观察其治疗效果。结果:栓塞后术中出血量明显减少,单纯刮治维持了原有的面容,随访18个月无复发。结论:栓塞加刮治应为颌骨中心性动静脉畸形的首选治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the therapeutic effect of central arteriovenous malformations of the jaw by intravascular embolization and curettage. METHODS:To report a successful healed case of with central arteriovenous malformations of the jaw by intravascular embolization and curettage. The patient was followed up for 18 months and the result of treatment was evaluated. RESULTS:During operation, the amount of bleeding decreased obviously after intravascular embolism. It kept original face features by curettage alone. A following up of 18 months showed no recurrence. CONCLUSION: Intravascular embolism combined with tumor curettage is the best choice to cure the central arteriovenous malformations of the jaw.更多还原
