【摘要】 目的:探讨彩超引导下瘤腔注射治疗口腔颌面部静脉畸形的疗效。方法:对8例口腔颌面部深在或特殊部位的静脉畸形,采用彩色超声引导下平阳霉素瘤腔注射治疗。结果:8例患者全部治愈,无面神经损伤等功能障碍,随访6个月～1a,无一例复发。结论:彩色超声引导下平阳霉素瘤腔注射,对口腔颌面部深在或特殊部位的静脉畸形是一种安全有效的微创治疗手段,值得推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 PURPOSE: To investigate the effects of color ultrasound-guided injection of Pingyangmycin (PYM) for patients with vascular malformations in oral and maxillofacial region .METHODS: 8 cases with vascular malformations in oral and maxillofacial deep or special region underwent injection of PYM by color ultrasound guided needle aspiration. RESULTS: All cases were cured without any facial nerves damaged. Follow-up ranged from 6 months to 1 year, no recurrence was found. CONCLUSION: Injecting PYM by color ultrasound guided needle aspiration for patients with vascular malformations in oral and maxillofacial deep or special region is effective, safe with minimal invasion.更多还原
