【摘要】 目的:探讨颌骨中心性血管畸形介入诊疗方法,总结临床经验。方法:回顾性分析14例经血管造影和介入栓塞的颌骨中心性血管畸形,其中3例行术前暂时性栓塞,11例行永久性栓塞。结果:14例均明确了诊断和责任血管,介入栓塞术后患者牙龈或口腔黏膜出血症状得到有效控制,颌面部畸形停止发展,并一定程度上得到改善。3例暂时性栓塞后,手术中出血明显减少。随访1～5a,永久性栓塞2例复发,暂时性栓塞1例复发。3例复发者二次行永久性栓塞,随访0.5～1a未再复发。结论:血管造影是诊断颌骨中心性血管畸形的重要手段,介入栓塞治疗安全有效。更多还原

【Abstract】 PURPOSE: To investigate the method of interventional diagnosis and treatment for central arteriovenous malformation of jaws. Methods: Retrospective analysis was conducted in 14 cases of central arteriovenous malformation of jaws. All 14 cases accepted embolization after angiography. 3 cases were preoperative temporary embolized, and 11 cases were permanently embolized. Results: Clear diagnosis and the duty blood vessel were obtained in all 14 cases. After embolization, the bleeding symptom of the gum or mucosal membrane of mouth disappeared and the maxillofacial malformation was improved in the follow-up survey. In 3 cases of preoperative temporary embolization, the intraoperative bleeding decreased obviously. Observation for 1 to 5 years, only 3 recurrences were found, of which 2 were found in the cases of permanent embolization and 1 was in the cases of temporary embolization. After second embolization to 3 recurrent cases, no recurrence was found in the follow-up of 0.5 to 1 year. Conclusion: Angiography is an important method for diagnosing central arteriovenous malformation of jaws. To treat central arteriovenous malformation of jaws, embolization is safe and effective.更多还原
