【摘要】 <正>目的:探讨一氧化氮(Nitric Oxide,NO)在舌鳞癌发生中的作用。方法:原位杂交检测体内合成 NO的关键酶诱导型一氧化氮合酶(inducible nitric oxide synthase,iNOS)mRNA在10例舌正常组织、 14例舌白斑、68例舌鳞癌中的表达。结果:iNOSmRNA在舌正常组织,舌白斑、舌鳞癌中的表达

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the role of nitric oxide in carcinogenesis of tongue. Methods: In situ lcybridization assay was used to detect the expression of iNOS mRNA which is the key enzyme for the production of NO in 10 cases of normal tongue tissue, 14 cases of leukoplakia of tongue tissue and 68 cases of squamous cell carcinoma of tongue tissue. Results: The positive expression rate of iNOS mRNA in normal tongue tissue group and tongue leukoplakia group and tongue squamous cell carcinoma group was 20.0%, 57.1% and 72.1% separately. The differences among these three groups were significant. Conclusion: NO which induced by iNOS may play an important role in carcinogenesis of tongue.
