【摘要】 <正>目的:回顾20年的临床、影像及病理资料,分析颞下颌关节(TMJ)肿瘤及类肿瘤病变。方法: 1982年至2001年,复习所有有关TMJ肿瘤及类肿瘤病变的X线平片、CT、MRI、关节造影、关节镜及病理资料,归纳其特点。结果:共发现78例颞下颌关节肿瘤及类肿瘤病例,其中:①髁突增生15例;②髁突骨疣1;③髁突骨瘤4;④关节结节骨样瘤1;⑤颞骨成骨细胞瘤1;⑥髁突骨更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the tumor and the neoplasia of the TMJ, the clinical and pathological files of the past 20 years are summed retrospectively. Methods: In the period from 1982 to 2001, all the of the X-ray, CT, MRI, arthrography, arthroscope, and pathology about the tumor and neoplasia of the TMJ were reviewed. Results: The total 79 cases were found. These tumors and neoplasia were classified as: (1)condylar hypertrophy in 15 cases, (2) exostose in 1, (3)osteorna in 4, (4)osteoid osteoma in 1, (5)osteoblastoma in 1, (6)ostesarcoma in 2, (7)chondroma in 2, (8)ostechondroma in 8, (9)condylar myxofibrosis in 2, (10)chondrosarcoma in 7, (11)giant cell tumor in 8, (12)giant cell reparative granuloma in 1, (13)synovioma in 1, (14)synoviosarcoma in 3, (15)synovial chondromatosis in 12, (16)synovial cyst (ganglion) in 7, (17)double condyle in 2, (18)tumorlike discal clacinosis in 1. Their clinical symptoms, image and histological appearances were complex and varied. Clinical misdiagnosing and underreporting was often occurred. All of them were performed open surgery except 4 cases with synovial chondromatosis were undergone by arthroscope. There were no recurrences except some cases with malignant tumors and 2 cases with synovial chondromatosis. The open surgeries were repeated in two synovial chondromatosis and the recurrent malignant tumors. Conclusions: The tumors and neoplasia of the TMJ are rare, but the appearances and characteristics of them are varied and different. Therefore, it is necessary to sum the tumors and neoplasia of the TMJ in order to recognize them and get rid of misdiagnosing and underreporting.更多还原
