新型多元胞结构2BT100固体放电管结构设计与真空工艺

【摘要】 本文简要阐述了新型半导体器件2BT100固体放电管的研制,在设计上采取了多元胞结构,在制作上采用了双面扩散技术;提供了一些工艺过程,介绍了有关真空系统,给出了一些测试数据。
【Abstract】 The research and manufacture of the newn type semiconductor 2BT100 solid arrester is simply introduced in the paperMulti cell structure is adopted in design and Double-face diffusion technology is used in manufacture.Process procedure is given.SimultaneousIy, the vacuum system is introduced, some tested data is also given.
