【摘要】 目的:介绍潜行开窗手术治疗腰椎间盘突出症并腰椎管狭窄的方法。方法:用椎板间潜行开窗根管减压治疗腰椎间盘突出合并腰椎管狭窄。结果:手术125例,其中手术证实合并腰椎管狭窄48例,占38%,平均随访2.7年;根据 JOA 评定标准,48例腰椎间盘突出合并腰椎管狭窄中,优41例(85.4%),良5例(10.4%),可2例(4%)。结论:腰椎间盘突出症常合并腰椎管狭窄,用潜行开窗根管减压手术处理,具有创伤小、恢复快、对脊柱后柱结构破坏小,术后并发症少等优点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To recommend prowl fenestration in hernia of intervertebral discs combining with lumbar tube straitness.Method hernia of intervertebral discs patients were treated by prowl fenes- tration. Result 48 cases(38%)lumbar canal straitness were confirmed, 46 cases (95.8%)were ex- cellent ,2 cases(4%)were common by prowl fenestration according to JOA standard.Conclusion Prowl fenestration has many virtues as small damnification,swift recovery, few complications.更多还原
