【摘要】 农村教学点是适应我国农村偏远地区特殊地理地形而设置的教学组织形式,它有利于当地学生就近入学以及顺利接受义务教育。但目前大量教学点师资条件较差,教师年龄老化、学历低、知识结构陈旧等现象十分普遍,这严重影响了义务教育的公平性和均衡发展。本文在实地调查的基础上,主要探讨了农村教学点师资水平的现状及对策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 The rural small-school is a kind of teaching organization which was established to adapt to the rural area,especially the remote rural areas.It is helpful for the local students to go to school nearby and receive compulsory education smoothly.But now,most of their teachers’ quality is very low.Teachers are older,their educational degrees are low and they have little knowledge.These have taken bad effect on the equity of compulsory education and its proportional development.The teachers’ conditions in rural small-schools and the resolve suggestions are discussed in this article.更多还原
