【Abstract】 Organizational arrangement is the precondition for the running smoothly of regional higher education.Stakeholders are participants in the running of regional higher education.Therefore,the rights,responsibilities and obligations of respective participants should be made clearly and a good coordination mechanism among all participants should be set up so as to perform their duties and play different roles and functions.Thereby the interaction between education and society can be promoted harmoniously.更多还原
