【摘要】 服务型政府的建设已经成为了我国政府改革的重中之重,教育是政府公共服务的重要领域,因此教育服务的实现程度也直接关系到了服务型政府的建设。本文从经济分析的视角论述了教育服务的实现,首先教育服务的经济属性决定了必须把其纳入服务型政府的职能领域之内,其次从效率和公平的视角分析了教育服务的目标,最后从论述了如何通过资源配置实现教育服务的目标。更多还原

【Abstract】 The foremost aim of Chinese government reform is to build service-oriented government.The implementing of education services is highly related to the building of service-oriented government,as education services are a part of public services.This paper analyzes the implementing of education services from three aspects:First,the service-oriented government should supply education services,based on the economic property of education services.Second,this paper analyzes the aims of education services from the perspective of equity-efficiency.At last,it discusses how to achieve the aims of education services by allocating resources.更多还原
