论我国大学科技创新的经济价值——基于2000年以来科技成果的统计与分析

【摘要】 现代大学的功能凸现于人才培养、科学研究和社会服务,其中科研活动又以基础科学研究为主。但伴随大学社会服务功能的增强其科技创新活动日渐成为我国建构创新型国家的三大支柱力量之一,为国家创新体系的推进和发展提供了巨大的科技自主创新力和经济潜力。本文通过分析2000年以来我国企业、科研机构和大学的科技应用成果极其经济价值转化,可以看出大学科技自主创新在我国整体科技应用成果产出中占居极其重要的地位,为我国政府进一步关注大学科研和投资政策提供了重要依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 The function of the modern university performance in personnel training,scientific research and social services,scientific research activities again basic scientific research oriented.But with the University of social services functional enhancements,its scientific and technological innovation activities that have become an innovation-oriented country in China Construction of the three pillars of strength of the national innovation system,for the University of the advance and development of a huge force of scientific and technological innovation and economic potential.Through analysis of 2000 since China’s enterprises,research institutions and universities outcome of the application of technology in transforming extremely economic value,we can see that the University of scientific and technological innovation in China’s overall scientific and technological application of the results in the output occupies an extremely important position for our government further attention University research and investment has provided an important basis for policy.更多还原
