【摘要】 在我国已经基本普及义务教育的情况下,义务教育均衡发展问题日益成为社会高度关注的热点问题。本文在对义务教育均衡发展的内涵界定的基础上,对目前我国义务教育非均衡发展的表现及成因进行了分析,提出了完善义务教育投资体制,实施优质教育资源共享和师资交流机制的建议,促进义务教育均衡发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 People in our society after compulsory education have been spread and the balanced development of compulsory education becomes the hot topic which the society pays attention highly. On the compulsory education balanced development connotation base,the paper has carried on the analysis to the present our country compulsory education non-balanced development performance and the origin,has suggested that perfect compulsory education invests in system,implementation high quality education resources sharing and the teachers exchange,the promotion compulsory education balanced development.更多还原
