【摘要】 本文是在江苏省省属高等教育财政支出进行评价课题研究的基础上,通过对指标设计原理和使用的介绍和反思,探讨高等教育绩效评价指标体系建立的一些基础理论问题,通过介绍指标设计的基本价值选择、基本原则和方法,从而将指标体系建设与绩效评价思想有机地结合起来。通过课题研究,实践了该指标体系,揭示了我国当前高等教育办学过程中存在的主要问题,并进一步提出了解决问题的基本路向,为全面推进我国高等教育绩效评价奠定了基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on studying of fiscal expenditure performance evaluation in Jiangsu Province affiliated higher education,this article discussed some fundamental theories of designing performance evaluation index system by introducing and re-thinking the index design principles and application. Meanwhile,the writer combines the index system design and performance evaluation concept smoothly through introducing basic value options,principles and design methods. After practicing this index system,we revealed primary problems in our current higher education and further figured out the primary ways of solving the problems,all these lay a foundation for complete improvement of performance evaluation in our higher education.更多还原
