【摘要】 产权制度是学校制度最根本的组成部分,它包括对学校产权地位的界定和学校内部权力治理结构安排两个方面。在市场经济体制中,学校的发展需要减少不确定性,提高办学资源的利用效率,对产权主体进行有效的激励与约束,并促进社会资本投资办学。因此,需要建立与之相适应的现代学校产权制度,以解决学校改革与发展中的诸多问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 Property Right System is one of the fundamental parts of school system,including defining the property right status of school and setting the inner governance structure of school power. In the dynamic background of marketing economic mechanism,it needs to reduce uncertainty,improve the utilization efficiency of school-running resources,impose effective incentive and constraint on educational bodies,and promote the social investment of school-running,for the better development of modern school. Therefore,the key force to solve problems in the reform and development of school is to construct the corresponding modern school property right system.更多还原
