【Abstract】 Basically speaking, the developments of the independent colleges are depend on the harmony of the contract. The subscription course of the contract is the result of the negotiation between the investor and the university. In order to promote the progress of the independent colleges, we must amend and perfect the contract and constitute a clear and effective contract plan to avoid the risks on law and economy. Meanwhile, on the basis of the mutual legal benefits the independent colleges should construct a kind of contract system which is suit for the economic environment of the modern society.更多还原
