高浓度超稠油乳化污水预处理工艺与实践

【摘要】 超稠油在加工过程中产生大量高浓度乳化废水,对现有炼油污水处理场造成冲击并导致外排水严重超标.针对此问题,本文以炼油厂高浓度超稠油废水为研究对象,对其物理化学性质、沉降、破乳和净化条件与预处理工艺进行了系统研究,并在大量试验的基础上提出了以"沉降除油-破乳除油-浮选净化"为主体的超稠油乳化废水预处理工艺.相应装置建成后运行平稳高效,废水得到高效的处理与资源回收,装置出水含油低于200mg/L,CODCr 低于2500mg/L,满足污水场进水要求,当年实现回收稠油5873 t.
【Abstract】 A great quantity of special wastewater has been yielding in super viscous oil refining processing.Such wastewater with high concentration of complex organic materials cannot be well treated by the conventional refinery wastewater treatment plant.In order to resolve this problem,a great number of investigations and studies have been made by the researchers.A pretreatment process has been proposed mainly including three operation units:Precipitation and oil removal, demulsification and oil removal as well as flotation separation.The pretreatment unit has been running steadily and high-efficiently,the content of oil and CODCr in effluent is not greater than 200mg/L and 2500mg/L respectively,which completely meets the influent standard of wastewater treatment plant,meanwhile 5873 ton super viscous oil was reclaimed this year.
