纤维束滤料过滤水头损失特性研究

【摘要】 从研究纤维束滤科的传质效率-水头损失特性出发,确定了纤维束滤料滤池的技术参数,进而将其应用于重力式滤池.实践表明:纤维束滤料滤池的过滤速度可达20m/h 以上,较石英砂滤料滤池有大幅度提高. 过滤后水质优于石英砂滤料滤池,周期制水量增加4~6倍.自用水率不足周期制水量的1%.
【Abstract】 This paper concluded the technique characteristics of fiber filtering basin from the view of mass transfer efficiency and head loss and applied it into the gravitational filtering basin.Experience shows that the speed of filtering can reach 20m/h,which is higher than the quartz sand filtering basin’s,and the treated water is also better than the quartz sand filtering basin’s,the periodic water quantity is 4-6 times than the latter,the water quantity for itself use is no more than 1% of the totally produced water quantity.
