碳酸盐对微波硬化水玻璃砂强度性能影响的研究
Study on the influence of carbonate on the tensile strength of water-glass sands cured by microwave heating

【摘要】 采用微波加热技术来加热硬化水玻璃砂,通过加入Na2CO3、NaHCO3来提高水玻璃砂的强度,分析了碳酸盐加入量对微波加热水玻璃砂试样抗拉强度和残留强度的影响规律。试验结果表明,在539w功率加热和水玻璃的加入量为3.0%时,水玻璃型砂完全满足使用强度要求,当加入Na2CO3、NaHCO3后,水玻璃砂的抗拉强度略有提高,而且使水玻璃砂到达最大强度值的时间缩短到5-10min:同样条件下加入 Na2CO3和NaHCO3后,水玻璃砂的在高温加热后的溃散性明显改善。
【Abstract】 In this work the effects of the content of Na2CO3 and NaHCO3 on the tensile and retained strength of water-glass sands cured by microwave heating were investigated.The results shows that the water-glass sands with 3.0mass% water-glass was meet the requirements of foundry practice under power of 539w condition.The strength of the sands was increased slightly with the content of Na2CO3 and NaHCO3 increasing,and the retained strength reduced obviously.
