铝合金真空压铸用粉状脱模剂的研究

【摘要】 真空压铸用粉状脱模剂与目前的水基乳化脱模剂相比有更好的性能。本文研究了三种不同配比的粉状脱模剂的喷涂性能,脱模性能,并对其最优喷涂工艺参数进行了优化。结果表明,配方A的喷涂性能及脱模性最好;三种配方的钢板均有粘铝现象,230℃粘铝最多,而270℃时最少。进一步优化可知:a配方的最佳喷涂工艺参数为;模具预热270℃,静置固化时间10s,浸入铝液中60s。
【Abstract】 Powder release agent has better performance than water-soluble release agent for die casting .In this paper, three different kinds of powder release agent their spraying and release performance were studied. The spraying technology parameter was optimized .The results indicate that the spraying and release performance of formula a is the best. The steel boards for the experiment all have some aluminum left .When the temperature is 270℃,the aluminum left is the littlest, but the amount attains the maximum when the temperature is 230℃.According to further optimization , the spraying technology parameter is : mould preheated temperature is 270℃;placement time for hardening is 10 sec ;time for immersing into aluminum liquid is 60 sec .
