差压铸造下凝固条件对Al-Si合金(A357)二次枝晶的影响

【摘要】 研究了不同工艺条件下,差压铸造不同工艺参数对A357合金二次枝晶间距的影响。实验结果表明,铸铁型减小二次枝晶间距的能力最强;由于端部的激冷效应,离冷短越近,二次枝晶间距越小;压力对二次枝晶间距没有明显的影响;为了获得UTS≥320Mpa的铸件,二次枝晶间距应控制在55um以下,即, 要使VL≥0.23℃/s。
【Abstract】 The effect of counter-pressure casting parameters on secondary dendrite arm spacing of A357 alloy under different technology was studied. It was found that cast-iron mould has the finest effect of decreasing secondary dendrite arm spacing. The secondary dendnte arm spacing is small when the distance from bottom is small because of the chilling effect. There is no obvious effect of pressure on decreasing secondary dendrite arm spacing. In order to obtain casts with UTS≥320Mpa, the secondary dendrite arm spacing must be under 55um,namely, VL≥0.23℃/s.
