压力对差压铸造Al-Si合金组织及性能的影响

【摘要】 研究了压力及浇铸位置对差压铸造Al-Si合金宏观组织及力学性能的影响。试验结果表明:随着压力的提高,试样晶粒组织明显细化;靠近浇口和冷端的位置,试样的晶粒有所细化。随着铸件凝固过程中压力的不断增大,试样的抗拉强度和延伸率随之增大;在靠近浇口和冷端的位置,试样的抗拉强度和延伸率有所提高。

【Abstract】 The influence of pressure and casting positions on the macrostructures and mechanical properties of the counter-pressure casting Al-Si alloy was studied. The results of the test show that the structure of grain was refined when the pressure was increased. The grain of the sample was refined near the runner bush and the cold-end. The tensile strength and elongation percentage were enhanced as the pressure of solidifying advanced gradually. The tensile strength and elongation percentage were higher in the runner bush and the cold-end.
