钨铬铸渗层显微组织及干滑动磨损特性研究

【摘要】 采用铸渗工艺在ZG310-570材料表面形成钨铬复合层,利用扫描电镜、透射电镜研究了铸渗复合层的显微组织、相结构;采用MM-200型磨损试验机,研究了铸渗复合层的干滑动磨损特性。结果表明: 以钨、铬为铸渗合金元素的渗层中形成的钨碳化物多以鱼骨状和块状分布;铬碳化物多以菊花状和板条状分布;复合层中主要存在Fe3W3C、W2C、Cr23C6、Cr7C3四种硬质相。在实验条件下,当渗剂中WC 含量小于45%时,随着WC含量的增加,铸渗层的硬度增加,干滑动磨损性能提高。

【Abstract】 Composite layer with tungsten and chromium was formed on the surface of ZG310-570 by casting penetration technology. Microstructure and phase structure were studied using SEM and TEM. Dry sliding wear property of the composite layer was studied on the MM-200 testing machine. The results showed that composite layer was composed of four hard-phases as Fe3W3C、W2C、Cr23C6、Cr7C3, which distributed uniformly on cast iron matrix. Tungsten carbide mainly appeared like fishbone or lumpish and chromium carbide mostly existed in the shape of chrysanthemum or batten. The results also indicated that when content of WC was less than 45% by weight, the dry sliding wear property was associated with the content of WC which can enhanced the hardness of composite layer and had an increased trend along with the quantity of WC raising.
