【Abstract】 In this paper, the relationship between propertied and microstructures of the friction weldmcnt between LY12 aluminum alloy and Copper is investigated. It is verified that the friction weldability between LY12 alloy and Copper may be improved by the intermediate layer of commercial puce aluminum, thus increasing the strength and plasticity of the joint significantly. The relationships among mechanical properties,thickness of alloy layer and friction welding conditions are also analysed.更多还原
